Tuggle Duggins Continues to Grow

Tuggle Duggins is continuing to grow in the Greensboro market, electing the first female member to the firm’s Management Committee, promoting two seasoned attorneys and adding an additional two new attorneys to the firm.

Natalie Folmar has been elected to the firm’s three-member Management Committee.

Folmar is the first female to be elected to the Management Committee and will serve alongside Nathan Duggins and Mike Wenig.  She will play a key role in the firm’s operations and management functions, helping to implement strategic direction as the firm continues to grow.

The firm is pleased to announce that Brandy Mills has been named a Director (Partner) and Richard Andrews is now a Principal.

Mills represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including business contracts and torts, employment, banking, construction, real estate and appeals.  She also regularly works in judgment enforcement and areas involving creditors’ rights.

Andrews focuses primarily on litigating and resolving commercial and business disputes for clients in a range of industries.

Additionally, Tuggle Duggins has hired two new associates, Spencer Krantz and Daniel Stratton, who joined the firm in September of 2017.  These new hires will support the firm’s growth in its litigation practice.

Spencer Krantz is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law (2017), received his M.B.A. from Liberty University (2013) and his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point (B.S., Economics, 2009).  Prior to attending law school, Krantz served in the United States Army from 2009 to 2014.  His leadership positions included Troop Fire Support Officer, Scout Platoon Leader, Rifle Platoon Leader, and Battalion Fire Support Officer.  Additionally, he attended the Airborne and Air Assault Schools.  Krantz was deployed to Iraq from 2010 to 2011.

Daniel Stratton received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2017) and his undergraduate degree from Tulane University (B.A., cum laude, 2009).  Following his time in New Orleans, Stratton moved to Washington D.C. where he worked as a Paralegal Specialist with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division for two years. He then served for an additional two years as Press Assistant for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, Office of Public Affairs.

“I am excited to serve alongside Natalie on the Management Committee because she has helped to lead this firm in various roles for a number of years and has been central to our growth. Also, Brandy and Richard perform extraordinary work for our clients. They are deserving of these promotions and we look forward to their leadership in the years to come,” said Nathan Duggins, firm Managing Partner. “We are also excited about the firm’s growth with the additions of Spencer and Daniel.  These associates will add more depth to our litigation practice and provide further resources for our clients.”
