Natalie D. Crenshaw and Kristin A. Landrum Named Women Extraordinaire
Business Leader magazine selected Natalie D. Crenshaw and Kristin A. Landrum as recipients of the 2011 Women Extraordinaire award. The award honors accomplished women business leaders in the Triad community. Honorees are women of outstanding accomplishment who are leaders, innovators, problem-solvers and an inspiration and mentor to others.
Natalie Crenshaw, a Principal at Tuggle Duggins, focuses her practice in the area of corporations, limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and tax. She advises clients on entity formation, the purchase and sale of business and general contract matters. Natalie received her law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a senior staff member of the Journal of Law and Commercial Regulation. Natalie is a current member of the Planning Committee for the UNC Tax Institute and active in the Greensboro Bar Association.
Kris Landrum, a CPA at Tuggle Duggins, has been instrumental in the development of the firm over the past 31 years. The combination of an English degree from Duke University with an accounting background enabled her to assume multiple roles within the firm, including supervision of the firm's bookkeeping department, management of the firm's retirement plan, and client support in the areas of estate planning and administration and tax preparation. Kris is the current president of the Women's Professional Forum (2011) and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
